There’s no fine print, and our guarantee doesn’t just apply the first time you use our services – but every time. CDS’s Guaranteed Delivery Program is our way of promising to be a partner in your business, not just a supplier.

Our unique delivery program places talent in a way that works for you.  You decide if a candidate is the right fit after placement, and if not, we will fix it.  Our end goal is to ensure each placement is a perfect fit.

The CDS Guaranteed Delivery Program

• We’ll work with you to define the requirements: resources, specific skill sets, work environment and project details.
• We agree on mutually acceptable terms.
• We critically evaluate and supply candidates who are well qualified for a position.
• We allow an 80-hour evaluation period per candidate. If the candidate does not meet expectations, you pay nothing. We will find a replacement that provides a better fit.
• If a CDS Direct Hire candidate voluntarily resigns or is discharged for cause by client within the first 90 days of employment, CDS will replace the candidate with no additional fees.
