In this course, we illustrate the basic concepts behind data management, exploring the nature of data as a resource, defining terminology and describing the tools and techniques that make data management a business asset.

We’ve added more interactive exercises in this course to emphasize concepts and facilitate strong cross-functional teams – an essential element to successful data management. The first half of the day is instructional, leaving the second half for workshops and exercises. Learning by doing is the best way to gain full understanding and keep it.
